Juice Box Inc is a small local juice bar in Campbellton New Brunswick. Our goal is to provide fresh and healthy options to our community with our fresh pressed juices, smoothies, healthy snacks and light lunches in a quick serve restaurant environment. Our founder Rose Guarnieri, is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant professional and is no stranger to the restaurant industry.

When Rose moved with her family to the Restigouche area on New Brunswick’s north shore, she quickly noticed that there was a lack of healthy dining choices. After meeting members of her new community and other local entrepreneurs, she recognised that there was a hunger for something that was more health conscious. Rose and her husband Jean-François both love the outdoors and being active. They enjoy sharing their love of the outdoors and their experiences with friends and family.

Originally from Toronto where Rose owned and restored a classic 60’s style diner that was featured in the New York Times, she has 22 years in the hospitality industry under her belt. She has worked in some of the famous wineries of the Okanagan Valley in B.C, and in some of the best ranked restaurants/resorts in Toronto as well as in the tourist towns of Banff and Canmore in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Rose truly has a passion for good food that started as a child. “Homemade food is in my veins”. Her family immigrated to Canada from Italy and were amongst the first to sell fresh pasta commercially in Toronto. “One of my favorite childhood memories is of my mother rolling out fresh pasta dough, and helping her to fill and roll the tortellini”.

Rose has studied Holistic Nutrition at CSNN in Kelowna B.C, and took culinary, wine and sommelier courses in Toronto ON through George Brown College and the International Wine and Spirits Trust.

By opening her juice bar Juice Box Inc, Rose hopes to promote healthy lifestyle practices in her community. “We hope to encourage others to live their best life one cup at a time”!
